Hanover Baptist Church
We are a Gospel-centered, Christ-exalting, Scripture-saturated church family seeking to know, enjoy, and make much of Jesus together. At the heart of our church is not a program or personality, but the living Christ Himself, crucified, risen, reigning, and full of grace for sinners like us!
Our first ministry is unto the Lord: worshipping Him, delighting in Him, and glorifying Him in every pursuit of our life together as a local church. We long to be a people marked by both deep truth and deep love, holding fast to the authority of God’s Word while opening wide our hearts to all who come through our doors.
You will find a welcoming spirit here, as well as bold, biblical conviction. We believe the two belong together. Because Christ has welcomed us, we joyfully seek to “welcome one another… for the glory of God” (Romans 15:7).
HBC is joyfully affiliated with a family of churches through the Southern Baptist Convention, the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana, and the Southeastern Baptist Association. Through these partnerships, we are able to labor together in advancing the Gospel locally, nationally, and around the world in ways no single church could accomplish alone.
